HRM Harry Etetor,a trail blazer and the first among equals hails from

ELILE EASTERN OBOLO.

He was the first elected chairman of Eastern Obolo 1977-1998).

He is credited with laying the initial foundation of Eastern Obolo.He

initiated a master plan for the development of Eastern Obolo.The

symbol of Eastern Obolo Local Government Council is credited to his

administration.

He also acquired and survey the site for Local Government Secretariat

and instituted the oil company tenancy rate initiative in Eastern Obolo.

HRM Etetor is a holder of Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science

and Administration from the University of UYO, Akwa Ibom State

Nigeria.

He is one time chairman,Transition Committee Eastern Obolo LGA 2002-

2003.A big figure in PDP both the grass root and at state level.

Hard work pay.A political crusader.He is an elder statesman,a devoted

Christian a MEMBER OF THE SOLID ROCK KINGDOM CHURCH..

He hail from ELILE,He is a leading political voice in Eastern Obolo.Some

are born leaders,others are appointed leaders,HRM was actually born a
